Hello Again to you all!
Hope you have enjoyed the wonderful Summer we have had and enjoyed the fact we can now get out and about meeting friends and loved ones (without masks)!!
At the recent bank holiday weekend I held my Summer Farewell event and what a tremendous success it was, the sun shone brightly for us all day. We ate homemade cake had a little glass of fizz and relaxed among the glorious flowers. All my guests took part in my floral quiz and we had joint winners who were up there with the knowledge of Monty Don, they both receive a Handmade Christmas Wreath once my order books open. Congratulations!
I also asked my guests to help me by filling in a short questionnaire on where I should next take my business. Everyone was keen for more courses, Christmas Wreaths, Spring Bulb planting, hand tie bouquet making and even Summer/Winter solstice and breathing/mindfulness events.
Pick your own bouquet field also seemed a very popular idea so I am working towards making that happen for next season along with a grow with me subscription.
So, into the Autumn I now go...its still all about planting new seeds so they can over winter to produce strong blooms for next spring and the seed collecting will be I think this year..never ending! New bed planning and spring build buying is also on the ever lasting list.
I would like to thank everyone who came to the event once again for supporting my small business it means so much to me, honestly.
If you didn't make it this time be sure to still give me some feedback on what you would like to participate in moving forward or if you have any other ideas I would be thrilled to hear them.
Be sure to keep popping on to the website as there will be new products and events added over the coming weeks and if you do Social media I would love for you to follow, like and share whatever you can on Facebook, Instagram and tiktok (the latter I am yet to figure out myself)
I will leave you to start pulling out the knitted clothes from the back of your wardrobe...well maybe not for a few more weeks yet though fingers crossed
Take Care
Sally X
